BELT DRIVEN FORM, FILL & SEAL MACHINES
Our belt-driven form, fill, and seal machine is capable of higher speeds and includes important features that minimize changeover times from one pack to another. This type of machine allows you to pack a wider range of products with different weights and sizes.
Filler options:

Volumetric filler for packaging free-flowing products such as snack foods, rice, beans, sugar, salt, maize, peanuts, dog pellets, and more.

Auger filler dosing head for packaging powder products products such as spices, coffee, milk powder, cake mix, coffee creamer, and more.

Multi-head weigher: Accurate high speed weighing operation for snacks, chips, chicken portions, dried fruit, and more.
DRAW DOWN FORM, FILL & SEAL MACHINES
Our crank-driven vertical form, fill and seal machines are available in three different models; 180, 250 and 300. Each is designed with slight differences to efficiently package various product weights and bag widths.

Our 180 machine can pack up to 500 grams and a bag width of 150.

Our 250 machine can pack up to 1.5 kilograms and a bag width of 220.

Our 300 machine can pack up to 2.5 kilograms and a bag width of 270.

ICE LOLLY MACHINES
Our 3 and 4 lane Ice Lolly form, fill and seal packaging machines have been designed & manufactured since 1986. They have proven to be highly reliable and have been sold to many different countries to returning customers. The machines are fully mechanical with individual gravity-fed tanks to pack different flavours simultaneously.
Our 3 lane is suitable for 63 or 70 bag width, with max output speed of 180 packs per minute.
Our 4 lane is suitable for 35 or 49 bag width, with max output speed of 240 packs per minute.
