Upon request, we offer thorough operator training, designed to empower your staff with the knowledge and skills they need to maximize productivity and safely operate our machines. From basic operation to advanced troubleshooting, we cover it all, tailoring the training to meet your specific requirements.
WHAT'S COVERED IN TRAINING?
We offer basic operator training and advanced training which also includes maintenance training. Our training programs are tailored to your specific machine specifications, your staff and your specific requirements. Here are some of the items we are likely to include in our training programs:
Basic operator training:
Machine safety and basic operations.
How to load film correctly.
How to adjust machine settings if required.
How to make bags according to your specifications: tracking, heat adjustment and seal quality.
How to fill your bags: weight adjustment, setup and more.
How to work other equipment such as printers, registration, etc.
How to keep your machine clean.
And anything else you might require us to explain or demonstrate.
Maintenance training:
This training includes more details about how to adjust machine timing and basic operations to form, fill and seal your bags correctly.
How to adjust the brake to ensure constant tension on the film.
How to adjust the registration scanner.
PLC maintenance functions and timing controls.
Changing the forming shoulder to make a different bag size.
Adjusting the jaws and seam seal, and correct use of consumable parts.
Depending on the filler, training will include:
